2025 Accomplishments
Annual Results Overview
MARKETPLACE
- Attended multiple community events to increase awareness of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and to increase awareness of the childcare.
- Continued presence in Ozark County
PEOPLE
- Increased caseloads to between 35 and 40
- Have served up to 50 children in the childcare
- Completed quarterly workshops for consumer and families
- Held 2 dances for consumer, 2 bingo nights, 6 week social skills training, Easter and Christmas activities and 5 week life skills class
OPERATIONS
- Increased consumer referrals by 19% with 84 new consumers.
- Childcare opened June 23, 2025.
- Enrollment has increased monthly by adding 10 children per month.
- Van was purchased and transportation is being provided to consumers for work and dental services.
FINANCE
- Applied for 8 grants to enhance services awarded 5 grants.
2026 Goals
Primary Goals and Focus Area
MARKETPLACE
Continue to spread awareness of LinkAbility service coordination and childcare through social media and community engagement with 100% of Service Coordinators attending 1 community event per quarter.
PEOPLE
- Increase caseloads to 40 consumers after 90-day probation.
- Increase number of children in the childcare by a minimum of 16.
- Hold 12 events annually to educate and engage with consumers and families.
OPERATIONS
- Increase consumer referrals for service coordination by a minimum of 50.
- Investigate opening a childcare in Hollister, research community needs and available properties.
FINANCE
- Apply for a minimum of 5 grants to enhance consumer and childcare services.
- Have a childcare reserve of $150,000.00
